I started this card by cutting a 3.75" square from both Thick Whisper White and the Petal Promenade DSP. After adhering the DSP, I used the #8 circle die from the Layering Circles Framelits. I then used the Puzzle Pieces Thinlits to cut the circle into pieces but left it in the die.
I then cut another circle from Whisper White and put it, on my desktop, into the hole left from the other circle then, piece, by piece, I removed the puzzle pieces from the die and placed them onto the new circle, lining them up with the remaining DSP on the frame around it.
After placing most of the outside pieces, I glued them and then stamped the sentiment using Berry Burst. I then glued in the remaining pieces, trimming off a bit as needed. The circle was then glued onto a Berry Burst scalloped circle die cut with the #8 scalloped circle. (Check out my Numbered Die Sets.)
A Mossy Meadow matte was cut and then embossed using the Basket Weave embossing folder. A length of the now retired Crinkled Berry Burst ribbon was tied around the matte and then it was adhered to a Berry Burst card front using Dimensionals. The puzzle matte was also adhered to the card front. I finished the front by adding a few sequins.
On a Whisper White matte, I stamped the group of flowers from the Love What You Do stamp set using Berry Burst and adhered the matte inside the card. To complete things, I used the Envelope Punch Board to create a matching card and stamped it as well.
I'm pleased how this turned out!
